Industrial Electrical Installation

ELX UK were asked to design and complete an electrical installation for a large industrial oven and prover in Saudi Arabia, using stainless steel cable basket and flexible cables. Due to shipping difficulties we quantified, purchased and shipped all materials to complete the installation. We then sent our highly qualified supervisors and electricians to work on-site alongside local labour for a cost effective solution.

Machine Upgrade

We were called out at short notice to upgrade a packaging machine for a well-known bread manufacturer, a regular client of ours. All materials required were supplied to carry out the modifications in one 10 hour shut down, ensuring disruption to the line was kept to a minimum. The work was completed and tested within the time frame, we then stayed on stand by for a period to ensure the smooth running on production start-up.

Inspection and Testing

ELX UK were called in to carry out an inspection on a track plant burger bun proofer. The client had encountered problems with the line; it was prone to breakdowns and the safety circuits were found to be non-compliant with current standards. As a result we recommended and carried out a renewal of the control panel back plate, replaced and rewired the motor control and replaced and rewired the control equipment. In addition we also designed and installed a new safety circuit to the latest legislation.
